Charges span: research, brainstorming, design, artwork, writing copy, photography, video or animation, website design, website build and programming. You will not incur any fees until we have scoped the project and agreed a budget with you. We charge what we have quoted unless the scope of the work changes and if so we will advise you of any increase if this is likely.
If the extent of the project is unknown at the outset, or develops into something much larger than anticipated with a longer timescale, we usually work on an hourly fee basis, providing a detailed breakdown of our work and an invoice at the end of each month. If we are managing subcontractors such as printers on your behalf we add a management fee to their cost, to cover our administration time and expenses, rather than an hourly charge. It’s as simple and as transparent as that!
