HOW WE DO IT:
ADVERTISING | BRANDING | NEW MEDIA | PRICING

New media is the marriage of mediated communications technologies with digital computers. A well thought out, good looking presence on the web is almost obligatory for any company that is serious about launching its new products or services. We are careful to understand your ultimate objectives so that the initial site can be designed to grow as your business expands. It can be as large or small as your budget permits; even if you only need a few pages to get you started, we will ensure that these will reflect the qualities or service you are promoting.

RESEARCH

An essential understanding of your products or service, your aspirations and target market, and an insight into your competitors

CONCEPT DESIGNS

Taking all the information from your questionnaire we will design 3 concepts that we feel reflect the essence of your business to appeal
to your target market.

DEVELOPMENT WORK

Generally one of these are short listed for development. This stage typically includes fine-tuning the layout, working on typography and making sure everything works as a unified design – it’s a process of gradually funnelling down to the final design solution.

BUILD

We build to comply with the latest WC3 Web standards & guidlines. In order for the Web to reach its full potential, the most fundamental Web technologies must be compatible with one another and allow any hardware and software used to access the Web to work together. Typically, we utilise and use many of the leading Web teachnologies including; Flash 8, PHP & ASP Programming, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, Client Management Systems, Search Engine Optimisation, e-Commerce & Online Database Systems. The build is often a more timely process.

TESTING

A series of acceptance tests agreed between the parties in writing to assess whether the website operates in accordance with specification and wireframes. Although acceptance testing is a significant stage of the process in its own right, we would expect feedback from the client throughout the project. This ongoing partnership is fundamental to producing a world-class website.

THE LAUNCH

Specifying, designing and building a website is a considerable investment and it is easy to fall at the last hurdle. The temptation is to sit back after beta adjustments, document handover and training, however, it is just at this moment that it is important to ask the question You’re live! Now what?

Once the website is ready to launch, it is vital to communicate with key stakeholders informing them of the launch of the new website and the reason for its creation:

• Employees
• Press
• Shareholders
• Customers
• Potential customers

By creating a communications plan that specifically targets these groups we can ensure that the site receives the attention it deserves. We recommend an internal communications campaign to foster internal buy-in and ownership, the creation of an online press pack for journalists and investors and multiple campaigns targeting customers including PR, email marketing, and search marketing.
